The main components of AX type thrust needle roller bearing is AXK type assemblies and thrust washer, and was connected by the controlling ring. Thrust cylindrical roller and cage assemblies is similar with AXK type assemblies, a group of cylindrical rollers are retained and guided by the radial disposed windows of entity cage, it can endure high thrust load. Thrust washers Thrust washer(s) main types are AS, WS, GS and LS series. AS series thrust washer is drawn by high quality spring steel, the thickness is 0.8mm or 1mm, raceway has hardened and polished. It is mainly used when the adjacent parts hard to hardened, but have enough rigidity and geometry precision situation. The washer surface should be fully supported. It is usually used together with thrust needle roller and cage assemblies. WS, GS and LS are entity washers made from hardened bearing steel and surface has grinded and polished.
